Company and acceptance

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Tragram F.Z.C.

Tragram F.Z.C is a Free Zone Company - Limited Liability registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under license number 49251, with its registered address at B.C. 6010546, Ajman Boulevard-A Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, connecting a Telegram channel, connecting an MT4 or MT5 account, or otherwise using Tragram, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Eligibility and country restrictions

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use trading automation in your jurisdiction. If you act for a company or trading group, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Tragram is not available to users located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise subject to restrictions connected with Iran, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, or North Korea. We may block sign-ups, payments, or access where required by compliance, sanctions, risk controls, or our payment providers.

What Tragram does

Tragram helps you monitor selected Telegram channels and route parsed trade instructions into your connected MT4/MT5 workflow.

• You choose which Telegram channels to connect and which MT accounts may receive instructions.
• You configure execution settings, symbols, sizing, take-profit behavior, stop-loss rules, approval controls, and other account-level safeguards available in the platform.
• Tragram may parse messages with rule-based and AI-assisted systems. You remain responsible for reviewing configuration and deciding whether automation is appropriate for your trading setup.
• Tragram does not create independent trading advice, guarantee signal quality, guarantee parser accuracy, or guarantee any trading result.

Trading risk and user responsibility

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, indices, crypto assets, and other leveraged products can result in substantial losses. Automated execution can increase the speed and volume of trading errors if your settings, broker environment, signal format, or market conditions are not suitable.

You are responsible for your broker account, Telegram access, selected channels, parser settings, symbol mapping, trade sizing, risk limits, approvals, and any order sent to your trading platform. You should test configurations carefully before enabling live execution.

No content in Tragram is financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional trading advice.

Third-party services

Tragram depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Telegram, MT4/MT5 environments, broker systems, payment processors, cloud providers, communication providers, and AI processing providers where AI-assisted parsing is enabled.

We do not control those third parties. Their outages, API changes, account restrictions, execution delays, broker rules, liquidity conditions, or payment decisions may affect your use of Tragram.

Accounts, credentials, and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by Tragram's proven security failure.

You may not bypass authentication, share accounts in a way that defeats plan limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities, scrape non-public data, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use Tragram for unlawful activity.

Subscriptions, payments, trials, and refunds

Paid features are provided through subscription plans with the limits shown at purchase or in your account. Trials may be limited by account, device, browser, IP address, payment history, or other anti-abuse controls.

Payments are handled by the providers available in Tragram at checkout. You authorize recurring charges where a recurring subscription is selected, until you cancel or the plan ends.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the standard refund window applies only to your first successful paid subscription purchase and must be requested within 14 calendar days.

Availability and service changes

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, parser completeness, execution speed, or continued support for every third-party service or broker setup.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, compliance, platform reliability, product improvement, third-party changes, or business reasons. We will try to provide reasonable notice where a material change affects paid access.

Suspension, termination, and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or compliance risk, misuse trials or payments, threaten platform integrity, or use Tragram from a restricted country.

You may cancel your subscription or request account deletion from your account settings or by contacting support. Some records may be retained or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy where needed for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Tragram is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tragram F.Z.C will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, broker losses, signal provider errors, Telegram or MT platform issues, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses caused by your configuration choices.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and Ajman Free Zone, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the product, compliance requirements, or legal obligations change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
