1. Install and sign in
Open the official store link for your device, then sign in to the intended Tragram account. Complete the displayed verification without sharing passwords or codes. Use password recovery when needed.
2. Review connections
Check the Telegram account and channel, then the broker connection and selected execution account. If a step is unavailable in your release, open the website in your browser and follow the MT4 or MT5 guide. Do not use live-account credentials to experiment with an unfamiliar step.
3. Test rules and outcomes
On a demo account, review the symbol, order size, stop, targets and entry limits. Check signal and execution history and the broker outcome. A phone alert does not replace these checks.
4. When alerts or connectivity fail
Review phone notification permissions, internet connectivity and account status in Tragram. If the issue persists, send support the event time and error message without secrets. Disabling new entries does not close open trades, and uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
