Check channel state first

Confirm the channel is connected, enabled, not paused, and allowed to execute under the current settings.

Check parser and symbol reasons

Unclear formats, unsupported symbols, missing stop loss, or blocked symbols can stop a signal before it reaches MT4 or MT5.

Check account and execution eligibility

A disconnected MT account, configured execution rules mode, or account-level problem can make it look like copying failed when the signal is waiting or blocked.

Start at the first missing stage

No message: check Telegram access and channel selection. Message but no parsed entry: review message completeness and status. Parsed entry but no command: check selected account, eligibility, symbols and limits. Command but no accepted order: review the broker error and account permissions.

Give support a useful, safe report

Include platform, approximate event time, affected channel and the displayed error/status. Remove passwords, OTPs, broker credentials and customer identifiers from screenshots. Do not retry an uncertain trade action until you have checked whether the broker already accepted it.
